How do license keys work?
License keys are used to enable plugin updates and receive support. After purchasing a PRO license, you will receive a unique license key alongside your PRO add-on download. This key can be activated from your WordPress dashboard’s plugin page. License keys can be activated, deactivated and upgraded at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, your subscription for all annual license plans can be cancelled at any time from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires, one year from the purchase date.
What payment methods do you accept?

How does annual billing work?
After the initial purchase, you will be billed on an annual basis in order to continue receiving plugin updates and support. You can cancel at any time and will still have access to plugin updates and support until the end of that billing cycle. For example, if you purchase the product on January 1 and cancel on June 1 then you will still have access to updates and support until Jan 1 the following year. After this time, you may still continue to use the plugin but will no longer have access to plugin updates or technical support

Our lifetime plans come with unlimited product updates but a 3-year support period. After three years of purchasing a lifetime plan, you can avail of support by paying our standard hourly fee, which is currently $40 per hour.
